In der App (sofort)

Öffne Bimo und tippe oben rechts auf ⋮ → Einstellungen.
Ganz unten: Konto löschen.
Gib LÖSCHEN ein und bestätige.

Ist eine PIN mit Ghost-Modus aktiv, wird das Konto nach 3 falschen PIN-Eingaben ebenfalls gelöscht.

Ohne App

Schreib an [email protected] oder nutze das Kontaktformular und nenne deine Bimo-Nummer. Wir fragen per Bimo-Nachricht an diese Nummer nach, ob die Anfrage von dir kommt, und löschen das Konto spätestens 7 Tage danach.

Was gelöscht wird

Nummer, Name, öffentlicher Schlüssel, Prüfwert des Wiederherstellungsschlüssels, Push-Token
alle noch nicht zugestellten Nachrichten und Dateien
alle Anmeldungen (Geräte) und die Freischaltung „Dateien senden“

Was (kurz) bleibt

Nur die Nummer selbst, höchstens 180 Tage – damit die Handys deiner Kontakte den Chat entfernen können und niemand anderes die Nummer sofort bekommt.
Kaufbelege von Google Play verwaltet Google; bei uns liegt nur ein Prüfwert (Hash) des Kaufs, ohne Bezug zur Nummer.

Delete your account (English)

In the app: ⋮ → Settings → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm – everything on the server is deleted immediately. Without the app: email [email protected] with your Bimo number; we confirm via a Bimo message to that number and delete the account within 7 days. Only the bare number is kept for up to 180 days so your contacts' apps can remove the chat.
